What happens after I fill out the order form?

You will receive an email confirmation and your order will be shipped immediately.

How do I pay for my order other than using a credit card?

Steps to pay by check/purchase order:

1. Please complete and submit the online order form.

2. We will email you a quote for your order.

3. Email your confirmation/purchase order to: info@booksbyshalini.com.

4. Once we receive your purchase order/confirmation, we will ship your order. 

5. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an invoice to mail us a check.
 

How long does it take to receive my order?

You will receive your order within 1 week or sooner.
 

Are discounts available to schools, non-profits, government agencies, etc.?

Our pricing is marked as low as possible in order to recoup production costs.
 

Do you offer returns/refunds?

We do not offer returns/refunds.
 

What happens if I want to cancel my order?

If you choose to cancel your order, please contact info@booksbyshalini.com as soon as possible. An order cannot be cancelled after we have processed and/or shipped it. Most orders are processed immediately.

How may I obtain a W-9 from your company?
